We have separated the wheat from the chaff to help you, our customer make the right selection for your needs but also guided by our expertise so that you will be confident in your choice.
- Selection: We offer a choice selection of products by design; All of the components and products we offer have been tested and used in our own custom systems. It is our feeling that offering the widest selection of products often leads to confusion, chaos, and customer frustration.
We ONLY offer what we know works and use on our own systems, they are consistenly best-in-class, always high-performance, high-reliability, and super energy-efficient. That said, there are also well-made but in our opinion, overpriced, components on the market and we do not carry those either. - Shipping: Here's the good news. We may not offer free shipping, but if you need to return it, it's a click away and we pay for it. There are some exceptions, such as very heavy items (salt, sand, chillers, etc).
- Prices: When it comes to prices, we have good prices
but we are not trying to compete by offering the lowest price. We offer product amenities you will not find anywhere else. For example, the T5 reflectors we sell have been wiped down with anti-salt-creep solution, the bulb clips are included and we replace the standard nuts and bolts with stainless steel aircraft hardware.
